Goods: |
Overstock or
merchandise ordered in error may be returned
for credit subject to the following guidelines:
1. Merchandise must be in
new, saleable condition and in original packaging.
No credit will be given for merchandise over
one year old. 2. A Return
Authorization is required before goods may
be returned. To obtain one, call 1-800-447-6739.
3. The invoice number and
date of purchase are required for return approval.
4. A 15% restocking fee will
be assessed. 5. All items
must be returned freight prepaid to the Posey
warehouse : 5635 Peck Road, Arcadia CA. Attn:
Receiving Department-RMA. 6.
Credit will be issued based on the invoice
amount for the value of the merchandise only.
7. Due to infection control
regulations, certain items such as garments,
bed enclosures and bathroom matting may not
be returned unless defective. Please call
