Services Representatives for any troubleshooting assistance with Alarms, The
Posey Bed or any Posey Product. Merchandise ordered in error may be returned
for credit subject to the following guidelines:
1. Merchandise must be in new, saleable condition and in original packaging. No
credit will be given for merchandise over 1 year.
2. A Return Material Authorization (RMA) must be obtained before goods may be
returned. To obtain one, contact Technical Services at 1-800-447-6739, and
press 5.
3. The invoice number and date of purchase are required for return approval.
4. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed.
5. Customers are responsible for shipping products back to the Posey warehouse
in Arcadia, CA.
6. Items must be returned within 10 working days from date of RMA issuance.
7. Credit will be issued based on the invoice amount for the value of the
merchandise only.
8. Due to infection control regulations, any product that comes in contact with
a patient or resident may not be returned unless defective. Please call Posey
Technical Services for more information.
Posey Satisfaction Guarantee
Posey warrants all products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship.
Every Posey product is guaranteed to give 100% satisfaction. Return anything
purchased from us if it proves otherwise. We will repair or replace the
product, refund your purchase price, or credit your account at your option. We
do not want you to have anything from Posey that is not completely
satisfactory. Refer to Posey return policy for additional information.
Limited Lifetime Warranty for Posey Fall Management Monitors
Posey warrants to the original purchaser that all Posey Fall Management
Monitors are defect-free in materials and workmanship for the life of the
product. If any Posey Monitor is found to be defective in workmanship or
materials, we will replace it, or repair it without charge. This warranty does
not cover abuse, accidental damage, water immersion, improper care, alteration
or misuse, and excludes claims for loss or theft.
If you need to return a product under warranty…
Service under these warranties is available upon contacting the Posey Technical
Service hotline (800-447-6739) for a return authorization, and by forwarding
the product in clean condition, freight pre-paid, with dated proof of purchase.
Certain products carry special warranties. Please contact Posey Customer
Service for product specific warranties. This warranty gives you specific legal
rights, and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state.
