Posey's senior management team derives its strength and vision from the many years of experience each member has in the long-term care profession. It maintains its focus, in part, because many members of senior management have worked closely together for over 15 years. The depth of knowledge and clarity of purpose of our management team has helped successfully lead our company in a very competitive, challenging, and rewarding industry.

Ernie Posey
Chief Executive Officer
Ernest Posey has spent his entire life within the Posey organization starting out as an ad model in his youth and moving through the sales ranks where he spent time in Europe, Florida, Chicago, and finally back to the corporate offices in California where he was promoted in 1991 to President of the Company. Now, as CEO, Mr. Posey guides the organization as it moves into several new areas of the health care market. Mr. Posey holds a BA degree from Harvard University.

Gary Platzman
Vice-President, Sales
Gary joined the Posey Company in September of 2000. As Vice President of Sales, he leads the company’s sales efforts through our National Field Sales Group and over 3,000 Medical Supply Distribution partners. Gary also maintains responsibility for the company’s national contracting agreements with the major Group Purchasing Organizations and with leading IDN systems. Prior to joining the Posey Company, Gary has held several positions in Sales and Marketing within the healthcare industry. Gary holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts (1986).
