It maintains its motivation, in part, because many members of the team are focused on one vision - to provide innovative solutions that create safer environments and improved quality of life for patients compromised by age or disease state. Bob Kelleher led the finance and operations team at Posey for approximately 5 years. In 2014, Bob left Posey to join Goodwill of Southern California as COO. He recently returned to Posey and has assumed the responsibilities of President. Bob brings a strong background in executive management and leadership of finance and operations teams, primarily in the retail and apparel manufacturing industry. Prior to joining Posey in 2008, his most recent positions were as CEO of EStyle, a children’s retailer, and COO of Patagonia, Inc. a well-known, high quality outdoor apparel manufacturer/retailer.
Vice President Quality Assurance & Regulatory
Bonnie Bishop has over 20 years’ experience in medical device regulatory and quality with world-wide responsibility. She has worked with a wide range of products throughout the product life cycle from sterile disposable devices to software driven, electronic capital equipment. Prior to joining Posey, she served as Director of Regulatory Affairs and Directory of Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance for St. Jude Medical. Ms. Bishop also holds a Regulatory Affairs Certification.
Vice President Sales & Health Systems
Kevin Onarecker has over 24 years’ experience in sales and sales management experience. He has worked with pharmaceutical and medical device products in a variety of sales environments including Acute Care, Ambulatory Care and Corporate Accounts. Prior to joining Posey, Kevin served in Sales Management and Corporate Accounts roles with Smiths Medical, Metrex Research Corporation and Nestle, USA.
Vice President Manufacturing
Alfredo Martinez has over 25 years of experience in manufacturing operations and supply chain environments. He has lead and actively participated on operations’ improvement including lean manufacturing transformations, plant transfers and new plant installations at global companies and various production processes. Prior to joining Posey, Alfredo has served as Plant Manager and other managerial assignments at global companies such as Schlage Lock (Ingersoll Rand), Carl Zeiss Vision, Harman Audio, Comair Rotron, Avery Dennison and Valeo Engine Cooling.
Vice President Human Resources
Stephanie Ortega joined Posey in 2008 as the Director of Human Resources and was promoted to Vice President in 2010. She has over 15 years of experience in the field of Human Resources where she has held increasingly responsible management positions within the metals processing and financial services industries. Prior to embarking on her career as a Human Resources professional, Stephanie held various managerial positions in Marketing and Operations within the financial services industry for over 15 years. Stephanie holds a BA degree in Psychology from CSULA, and earned her professional designation in Human Resources from UCLA.
